College Circle is a trusted local support service for college students and their families. We help students navigate emergencies, unexpected challenges, local resources, and everyday situations while providing families with greater peace of mind when they cannot be nearby.

College Circle is designed for families of college students who are living away from home, especially out-of-state students.

Crisis provides trusted local support during urgent situations and unexpected emergencies.

Connection includes everything in Crisis, plus guidance connecting students with campus resources, community organizations, volunteer opportunities, faith communities, and local services.

Comprehensive provides our highest level of ongoing support, including wellness check-ins, care coordination, advocacy, and personalized assistance throughout the college experience.

No. Families may enroll directly online or schedule a complimentary consultation if they would like to learn more, discuss their student's needs, or determine which membership is the best fit.

We understand that a student's needs may change throughout the year. Membership changes are permitted once per semester. If you choose to upgrade your membership, it will be repriced at the selected plan's standard rate for the entire current semester, regardless of when the change is made. Please note that changing your membership removes eligibility for Founding Member pricing, and standard pricing will apply.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will end and no further charges will be incurred.

College Circle can help with a wide range of situations, including hospitalizations and urgent health concerns, mental health or substance-related situations, personal safety concerns, housing issues, family emergencies, community connections, care coordination, urgent errands, and other unexpected challenges. The level of support available depends on your membership.

Understand how College Circle responds during urgent or unexpected situations.

In any life-threatening or immediate emergency, students should call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency services first.

After emergency services have been contacted, College Circle can help coordinate communication, assist with logistics, connect families with appropriate local resources, and provide additional support when appropriate.

Response times depend on the nature of the situation and safety considerations. We strive to respond as quickly as possible whenever support is requested. For situations requiring in-person support, we make every reasonable effort to respond within one hour within our Boulder County service area.

No. College Circle serves as a trusted local support resource—not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or clinical services.

Instead, we help students connect with appropriate healthcare professionals, coordinate resources, and navigate challenging situations with confidence. In any emergency, students should always call 911 first.

College Circle was founded by Boulder parents of college-age students who understand the challenges families face when their student is living away from home.

Unlike a call center or directory of resources, College Circle provides personalized, relationship-based support backed by more than 25 years of trusted community connections throughout Boulder. We focus on building trusted relationships, coordinating local resources, and providing compassionate guidance that helps students navigate challenges while giving families greater peace of mind.

Memberships are active during the academic year (August through May).

College Circle memberships are billed monthly and are designed around the academic year (August through May).Your first payment is charged when you enroll, and future payments are automatically charged each month on the same date using the payment method on file.

Memberships can be canceled at any time. If you cancel, your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period, and no future payments will be charged.
